Joanne Corum Named Information Services Director at McCoy’s Building Supply

McCoy’s Building Supply is pleased to announce the appointment of Joanne Corum as Director of Information Services.  Corum has over 19 years of experience in cross-organization strategies and is a leader with a proven track record of implementing IT solutions to deliver direct business value. Her most recent position was as Senior Director for the Collaboration and Innovation Competency Center at Applied Materials, the global leader in materials engineering solutions for the semiconductor, flat panel display and solar photovoltaic industries, in Austin, Texas. 

Corum, a University of Texas graduate with a degree in Electrical Engineering who currently resides in Georgetown, Texas, will lead the technology infrastructure and database application side of McCoy’s Information Services department. Her addition to the McCoy’s team positions the company to continue to grow technologically while providing a user-friendly experience as customers navigate their website. McCoy’s prides itself on its knowledgeable staff and the goal is for the online shopping experience to be as personal and impactful as the in-store experience.
