McCoy’s Building Supply Announces Expansion Plans for Midlothian, TX

McCoy’s Building Supply recently announced that it had purchased a 7.13 acre site at 4070 East US Highway 287 in Midlothian, TX. McCoy’s has started public improvements to the land and store construction is expected to be fully completed in late 2018. Once completed, the store will include 18,000 square feet of inside retail space, a paved lumberyard and 30,625 square feet of covered, drive-thru lumberyard storage and will serve professional homebuilders, remodelers and do-it-yourselfers throughout Midlothian and its surrounding communities.

Dan Buller, a 39 year McCoy’s veteran and former manager of McCoy’s Baytown, TX, location, has been named manager of the store.  “I’m really looking forward to building a team who can serve the needs of our Born-to-Build customers in Midlothian,” said Buller. “33 years ago, my wife, Tammy, and I moved to Brenham, TX, to help open a new McCoy’s store. I’m excited to do that again with even more tools and support from this great company.”
