McCoy’s Building Supply Announces Expansion to Bay City, TX

McCoy’s Building Supply recently purchased an 8.2-acre site on State Highway 35 behind Chili’s in Bay City, TX. The new facility will serve builders, remodelers, do-it-yourselfers and the farm and ranch community and is projected to open in mid-2019.

 “We’ve been serving the Bay City market for many years from our nearby stores in Brazoria, El Campo and Victoria,” shares Dan Stauffer, Vice President of Marketing and Real Estate. “Demand for our products and services continues to grow, and we’re excited to provide our great customers in Bay City with a location to call their own.” 

The design of the store will reflect the updated features of McCoy’s stores in Alvin and Montgomery, TX, with spacious interior retail space, a paved lumber yard and a large drive-through lumber storage area.
