Designed for use with PVC pipe and fittings primer pre-softens pipe and fitting surfaces solvent cement bonds pipe and fittings recommended for use in non-pressure pipe systems.
- Contains NSF purple primer and PVC regular clear solvent cement
- For DWV, pressure pipe, potable water and electrical applications
- Primer removes surface dirt, grease and grim, pre-softens pipe
- Clear, low VOC, regular bodied, fast set cement can be used to solvent weld all schedules and classes of PVC pipe and fittings up to 4 in. for schedule 40 and up to 2 in. for schedule 80 with interference fit
- All OATEY solvent cement and primer products are certified to UL GREENGUARD Gold
- Low VOC, high performance primer meets California South Coast Air Quality Management Districts (SCAQMD) 1168/316A or BAAQMD Method 40 requirements, meets ASTM Standard F656 and complies with NSF/ANSI 61 health effects requirements
