0618 Frying Skimmer, Aluminum

With increasing popularity of sport fishing, the 24-in Bayou skimmer is a vital accessory for every fish-fry event. The 7.5-in perforated aluminum bowl serves large size fillets, while the 24-in handle keeps the cook a safe distance from hot oil. Also use for frying chicken, onion rings, hushpuppies, and fries; and when boiling corn, peanuts, shrimp, crawfish, and other seafood. Use curved handle to hang on wall for the next event. Perfect compliment to Bayou® fryers, stockpots, fry pots, and Dutch Oven.
